An important aspect in the face to face and distance learning approach to training is the peer-learning method. In this system a learner is joined to a group of 3 or 4 co-students and shall respond individually to a situation. A learner's response is discussed together with the group and a decision shall be made to the implementing and evaluation procedures that the group or team shall apply.
Peer -learning is a helpful method in the preparation of a trainee in the negotiations for production and marketing of farm products. It is also important to consider the pricing and determining the costs of production in a group.
The training manual shall include animal production plan, organization plan, financial plan and marketing plan.
