METHODOLOGIES
· Self-pace/Modular
· Distance Learning
· Peer Teaching / Mentoring
TESDA has defined quality training through various modes of instructions. The self-paced method provides a learner with ample time to define the individual's needs and in consideration with what is required at the most appropriate time. Self paced mode of instructions is an indication of an adult-learning and experiential pattern of learning. The learner assumes responsibility in ensuring that skill, knowledge become part of the individual's education. Hence, it is expected that the skills and knowledge acquired through the blended program is applied.
Modules of instructions shall be available to the trainee on a case to case basis or based on the progress of a learner in the development of a farmer's behavior in taking care of the animals and ensuring proper growth and productivity.
Learners are assisted by designated community experts on specific growing or raising of chicken, hogs, goats and cattle.
